The uniqueness in the service is in the multi-point teleconferencing facility deployed solely for its use internally, where up to 32 people can teleconference simultaneously from any location globally, in a single call. This facility will help link up multiple parties into one call resulting in cost effectiveness, improved efficiency, better response time & decisions and overall enhanced communications, all helping towards providing better service to its clientele.

SatVen believes in ensuring a very high level of security and confidentiality of the client’s product knowledge & their Intellectual Property Rights. All desktops are FDD disabled; User-ids & Passwords are required for access to SatVen's systems & mail. Confidentiality Agreements are implemented for accesses to the Network. Depending on the customer encryption software is used for transfer of data. Dedicated browsing stations are available to avoid usage of workstation for e-mails and internet.
